The new offering is a prepaid card that allows the punter to withdraw funds to MasterCard, removing the need for waiting for a cheque or wire transfer.

Gamblers load up their cards using their bank account and begin playing. When they want to withdraw money they can transfer the funds back directly to their prepaid card through electronic processing. Later, they can use the card for retail purchases.

Casinos using the Playtech program using the Intercash card will need no extra set-up before offering players the prepaid MasterCard as a reliable payment option.

The new prepaid cards’ users can use any of the 29 million ATMs and points-of-sale counters in stores that accept MasterCard.

“We’re very proud to be launching our new MasterCard card program on the Playtech software through Fastengine, one of Playtech’s largest groups of sites,” said Patrick Seguev, chief executive officer of InterCash.

InterCash believes that the electronic processing payment solutions that they are offering will soon become the industry standard for online gaming programs.
