The 17 year old performer who is the daughter of country singer Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus is featured wearing skimpy clothing from her bed to a party where she boldy dances to her heart’s content.
In an interview with MTV, the Disney sensation talked along the lines of, “It’s just abour freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back.”
The music video continues to gain several feedbacks; one of which is a growing concern voiced out by Tim Winter, the president of the Parents Television Council. In a confirmation made by TMZ, Winter has expressed sadness over the participation of Miley in what he termed as a sexualized video referring to Who Owns My Heart.
